Craig Harbauer has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution and industrial engineering primarily in the automotive, construction and consumer goods industries.  He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.  As an executive director with full P&L responsibility, Craig conceptualized and realized a multi-year lean transformation of a $200M company across five locations resulting in drastic reductions to lead time, and significant improvements to profitability.   Craig has extensive international consulting experience and he’s worked with companies ranging from $120M to $40B in annual sales; in this capacity, he’s provided both technical and operational guidance as well as executive coaching.  He specializes in the creation of flow and linking large diverse customer bases to distribution networks directly through to operations and the supply chain.  In addition to manufacturing and operational roles, Craig has a proven track record of providing leadership to Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Research & Development teams while successfully launching product lines.   Craig and his family live in Arnold, Maryland and are members of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church.
